Annie Hoffman

Annie has been teaching yoga since 1988 after a Kripalu teacher training. Her studies have continued in Boston with Patricia Walden over the past 20 years. She went to India in 1994 and was certified that same year. Other than Iyengar yoga her influences are experiential anatomy, yoga philosophy and poetry. These days her classes combine awareness development through movement, surrender and relationship building. Her interest have been teaching children, elders, women and everyone in between. She has midwifed this building through it's first reincarnation as a pottery studio to it's current rebirth as a yoga/performance space. Demolition is her favorite part of renovation.
