Second Sunday Sangha: Relational Meditation/Insight Dialogue Practice Group

Come join us for this interpersonal meditation practice~for cultivating~the mindfulness and tranquility of traditional silent meditation in our direct experience with others. As this practice deepens, we can experience a flow of silence and dialogue that enhances loving kindness, compassion, equanimity and non-judgmental awareness in our human relationships in the service of authentic freedom and realization of our deepest connection. There will be alternating periods of solo practice, insight dialogue, and yoga. Come to any or all sessions! (Donation $5-15).

Janet Surrey is a clinical psychologist, Founding Scholar of the Jean Baker Miller Training Institute at Wellesley College and member of the Faculty of the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy in Boston.  A recent graduate of the Community Dharma Leader Training Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, she is currently in training to teach Insight Dialogue.
